Despite distributing Reddio tokens, users do not possess any economic or legal rights or beneficial interests in the assets of the Company, the Distributor, or their affiliates. If a secondary market or token exchange for trading Reddio tokens emerges, it will operate independently of the Company, the Distributor, the token distribution, and the Reddio ecosystem. Neither the Company nor the Distributor will establish such secondary markets or act as an exchange for Reddio tokens.
